Smith County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies charged Brooke Allison Carroll, 55, of Lindale, with driving while intoxicated for the second time at 3:14 a.m. Wednesday. Carroll was in Smith County Jail Wednesday without bond.



Deputies charged Neal Troy Dotson, 62, of Grand Saline, with aggravated robbery at 9:34 p.m. Tuesday. Dotson was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $100,000 bond.

Deputies charged Cullen James Haines, 32, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury (family violence) at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday. Haines was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and released the same day. He had a $5,000 bond.

Deputies charged Nicholas Roshard Harmon, 41, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury, failure to appear/bail jumping and expired registration at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday. Harmon was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $3,000 bond.

Deputies charged Jessie Lynn Kennedy, 25, of Richardson, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. Kennedy was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and was released the same day.

Deputies charged Roberto Lugo Jr., 26, of Tyler, with property theft worth $2,500 to $30,000 at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday. Lugo was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $20,000 bond.

Deputies charged Jordan Chibike Ruben, 21, of Tyler, with assault (physical contact) at 3:02 a.m. Wednesday. Ruben was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and was released the same day. He had a $393 bond.

Deputies charged Kathryn Willeby, 32, of Hideaway, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday. Willeby was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and was released the same day. She had a $3,000 bond.

Tyler Police Department

Police charged Eugene Asbell, 53, of Tyler, with property theft under $2,500 with two or more convictions and parole violation at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday. Asbell was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $30,000 bond

Police charged Ciro Duarte Ramirez, 55, of Tyler, with public intoxication, two charges of public intoxication and failure to appear at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday. Ramirez was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with bonds of $500 and $722 and two bonds not set.

Police charged Damien Domond Reese, 36, of Lufkin, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance under a gram at 6:24 a.m. Wednesday. Reese was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and was released the same day. He had a $2,500 bond.

Police charged Wendall Hoyt Rogers II, 21, of Tyler, with property theft between $100 and $750, failure to appear and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday. Rogers was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and was released Wednesday. He had bonds of $500, $808.60 and $1,304.60.

Police charged Charles Kenyon Walker, 22, of Athens, with public intoxication, evading arrest/detention and failure to identify by giving false/fictitious information at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday. Walker was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with bonds of $500, $1,000 and $500.

Police charged Anthony Connor Watts, 19, of Lindale, with property theft between $100 to $750, property theft between $2,500 to $30,000, credit or debit card abuse and unauthorized use of vehicle at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday. The Wood County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for the unauthorized use of a vehicle charge. Watts was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with bonds of $30,000, $10,000, $20,000 and $5,000.

Police charged Henry Calvin Willis, 38, of Tyler, with failure to identify fugitive by giving false information and a parole violation at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday. Willis was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $1,000 bond.

University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler Police Department

Police charged Deaundre Montrell Hart, 39, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 8:04 p.m. Tuesday. Hart was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and was released Wednesday. He had a $3,000 bond.

Whitehouse Police Department

Police charged Raven Roberson, 20, of Troup, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance under a gram in a drug free zone at 3:29 a.m. Wednesday. Roberson was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and released the same day. She had a $5,000 bond.

Texas Department of Public Safety

Troopers charged Traci Leigh Barr, 57, of Pleasanton, with burglary of a habitation at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday. Barr was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $10,000 bond.

United States Marshal Service

The agency charged Laurie Jane Wood, 45, of Jacksonville, with three charges of possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams at 5:08 p.m. Tuesday. Wood was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with bonds of $15,000, $10,000 and $2,000.

Smith County Adult Probation

Officers charged Guadalupe Perez, 24, of Palestine, with driving while intoxicated at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday. Perez was in Smith County Jail Tuesday without bond.

Officers charged Cody Russell Lovelady Jr., 19, of Flint, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams and tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair at 7:39 p.m. Tuesday. Lovelady was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with two bonds of $50,000 each.
