Christians from different churches came together at Praise Fest in Tyler on Saturday. The free event was hosted by Empowerment Ministries at the TB Butler Fountain Plaza and featured musical performances from Christian bands and singers. “Our main purpose is to bring the body of believers together,” said event organizer Stanley Cofer. “They say Sunday morning is the most segregated hour in America. We should come together as a family.”
