The Tyler Police Department is currently working a motor vehicle accident at South Broadway and Winchester. A vehicle struck a telephone pole. The telephone pole will need to be replaced after the vehicle is towed. Oncor will be working to replace the telephone pole and work is expected to impact rush hour traffic. The two northbound lanes of traffic on South Broadway are being diverted into the turning lane. Northbound traffic on Broadway will be moving slow for some time. Motorists are asked to find an alternate route if possible.
