The Smith County Grand Jury returned 43 indictments in the latest session, including true bills in some high profile cases.
A 19-year-old Tyler man suspected of two shootings in July was among 34 others indicted.
Kadareawn Lee Mosley is the man accused of firing five rounds through a window at a home in the 3900 block of McDonald Road where a 13-year-old boy was struck by the gunfire.
