The Tyler Police Department is investigating after a woman was shot during a domestic disturbance at the La Quinta Inn at 1601 W Southwest Loop 323 late Friday night.

The Tyler Police Department is investigating after a woman was shot during a domestic disturbance at a hotel late Friday night.

According to police, officers were called to the La Quinta Inn, located at 1601 W Southwest Loop 323, at around 9:45 p.m. regarding the disturbance and the shooting of a woman.

The woman is in stable but critical condition in the hospital. A person was arrested, police said. Names of the people involved are being withheld at this time.
