Blotter: Smith County Jail Bookings June 18-22

TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Jaren Jay Jackson, 28, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a $2,500 bond.



Officers charged Cynthia Ann Milligan, 69, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and assault family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Milligan was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released Friday. She had two bonds of $5,000 each.

Officers charged Marisa C Juarez, 30, of Tyler, with criminal trespass and assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Juarez was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. She had bonds of $500 and $1,000.

Officers charged Sonjay Rashad Pgese, 17, of Tyler, with failure to identify fugitive intent giving false information and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Pgese was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $2,500 and $250,000.

Officers charged Carlos Aldredo Prieto, 24, of Arlington, with two counts of assault on a public servant, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, criminal trespass and resisting arrest search or transport. Prieto was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had bonds totaling $9,000.

Officers charged Omar Santana Jr. 25, of Tyler, with assault causes bodily injury to family member. Santana was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $5,000 bond.

SMITH COUNTY ADULT PROBATION

Officers charged Bryan Ray Jones, 23, of Tyler, with assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Jones was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $15,000 bond.

Officers charged Seth Wayne Ragas, 24, of Bastrop, Louisiana, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance greater than 4 and less than 400 grams. Ragas was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had a $60,000 bond.

SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged Victor Kevin Simmons Jr., 27, of Bronson, with unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Simmons was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had bonds of $2,500 and $500.

Deputies charged Luis Alberto-Varona Blas, 33, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Blas was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had a $10,000 bond.

Deputies charged Millard Fillmore Donnell, 30, of Palestine, with assault causing bodily injury/bond forfeiture, violation of bond/protective order and possession of a penalty group two controlled substance less than 1 gram. Donnell was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had bonds of $5,000, $6,000 and $5,000.

Deputies charged Kimberly Ann Gavurnik, 54, of Georgetown, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance greater than 4 and less than 200 grams. Gavurnik was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $10,000 bond.

Deputies charged Christopher Paul Adair, 36, of Whitehouse, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Adair was in Smith County Jail Monday with a bond not set.

Deputies charged Jerry Lee Burns II, 35, of Lindale, with assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Burns was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a $5,000 bond.

Deputies charged Brantsen Joel Castloo, 28, of Longview, with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest search of transport and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Castloo was in Smith County Jail Sunday and was released the same day. He had three bonds of $500 each.

Deputies charged Loyd Dell Green, 59, of Kemp, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Green was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $100,000 bond.

Deputies charged Dustin Lee Moon, 30, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance more than 4 and less than 200 grams, possession of penalty group two controlled substance greater than 4 and less than 400 grams. Moon was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had two $10,000 bonds.

Deputies charged Milton Dale Roberts, 32, of Tyler, with obstruction or retaliation, and two counts of driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container. Roberts was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $100,000, $1,000 and $5,000.

Deputies charged James Daniel Rodgers, 65, of Tyler, with injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury, resist arrest search or transport and assault of a public servant. Rodgers was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $2,500, $2,500 and $5,000.

SMITH COUNTY CONSTABLE’S OFFICE

The precinct 4 constable’s office charged Anyanime Udo Udosen, 33, of Tyler, with two counts of forgery of a financial instrument. Udosen was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released Friday. He had bonds of $1,000 and $1,000.

The precinct 5 constable’s office charged Latosha Lenice Carmack, 39, of Dallas, with assault causing bodily injury. Carmack was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. She had a $10,000 bond.

UNITED STATES MARSHAL SERVICE

The agency charged Robert Ernest Patterson, 75, of Lindale, with indecency with child sexual contact. Patterson was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a $125,000 bond.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY

Troopers charged Jeffrey Lewis Thomisee, 29, of Benton, Louisiana, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful carrying of a weapon and driving while intoxicated. Thomisee was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $100,000, $10,000 and $500.
