Work continues on South Broadway shell buildings

BHP Development Group LLC is constructing a 4,990-square-foot shell, Building 8 at Broadway Hills Plaza, 7925 S. Broadway Ave. for $448,750. Kessinger Development Group is the contractor.
Also at Broadway Hills Plaza, Schambach Ministries International, of Flint, is finishing out a 2,217-square-foot space, at 7925 S. Broadway Ave., Suite 320, for $110,850. Kessinger Development is the contractor.
A.U.R Construction is building a 4,512-square-foot lease space at 7270 Old Jacksonville Highway for $400,000. The building will include restrooms and firewall separations in the shell, with three finish-outs to be done later.
Joe Ward, of Bentonville, Arkansas, is renovating a 1,004-square-foot existing professional office space for a new tenant at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, at 3820 Texas Highway 64 West. Jacody, of College Station, is the contractor for the $250,000 project.
Werner Taylor Land Development is clearing and grading land at 2498 Three Lakes Parkway for $15,000 to construct the North Lake sedimentation pond for The Crossing development.
Mewbourne Oil Co. is combing two lease spaces and changing office layouts at 3650 Old Bullard Road, Suite 110, for $36,000. Sentry General Contractors is the contractor.
Barnett Signs Inc. filed sign permits for three signs for LaQuinta, 2552 SSE Loop 323 for $1,500, $1,700 and $1,500; Residence Inn, 350 Heritage Drive, $9,500; Valero, 4833 Troup Highway, $1,200; and Dollar General, 5150 Chandler Highway, $5,800.

Trent Williams Construction is building a 6,090-square-foot home at 1464 Old Farm Road for $527,635.
Nick Humphrey is constructing a 3,923-square-foot home for $264,135 at 710 W. Heritage.
C. Cooper Custom Homes Inc. is constructing a 2,262-square-foot house for $150,000 at 1643 Elk River Road.
Carlos Miranda is building a 1,156-square-foot house at 1408 Tenneha for $70,000.
Michael and Jennifer Konieczng are remodeling a bathroom at 1318 Jeff Davis Drive for $35,688. Darrell Edwards Custom Homes is the contractor.

There also were three duct testing reports, three residential temporary electrical service applications, one temporary gas permit, one mechanical permit, one spray-foam insulation installation and 33 HVAC permits filed.
