Beginning Thursday, Tyler-area residents will be able to have treats baked-to-order and delivered warm to their doorstep every day of the week.

Tiff’s Treats, the original warm cookie delivery, is officially launching a new delivery-only outpost in Tyler.

Opening Feb. 1, it’s the first venture in an East Texas city for the brand.

“We are thrilled to finally bring Tiff’s Treats to East Texas and offer warm cookie delivery in Tyler,” said Tiffany Chen, co-founder and chief creative officer of Tiff’s Treats. “As we celebrate our 25th anniversary and continue to grow Tiff’s Treats, we plan to honor our home state with these expansions so more Texans can have easy access to our Lone Star-founded sweets.”

This is one of multiple launches to come of delivery-only service for Tiff’s Treats in 2024 as other new openings include McAllen and the Los Angeles, California-area.

Beginning Thursday, Tyler-area residents will be able to have treats baked-to-order and delivered warm to their doorstep Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9:15 p.m.

Catering trays, milk and select specialty packaging will be available for special occasions like birthdays and thank you’s.

The new location will also boast the new flavor in honor of Tiff’s Treats’ 25th anniversary, Birthday Confetti with white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.

Tiff’s Treats ordering is available now through cookiedelivery.com, the Tiff’s Treats mobile app, DoorDash and Uber Eats.

The warm delivery cookie company has roots dating back to 1999.

“Tiffany Taylor accidentally stood up Leon Chen for a date. As an apology, she baked and delivered a batch of warm cookies, and the concept of warm cookie delivery was born,” according to the company. “Tiff and Leon, just 19-year-old sophomores at The University of Texas at Austin at the time, opened Tiff’s Treats with $20, a cell phone and a dream.”

Since then, the business has grown to 100 retail distribution locations and counting in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, North Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, and California, with more than 1,700 employees.

The founders are now married and the business continues to grow, but Tiff’s Treats has the same core mission: “creating memorable moments with treats baked to order and delivered warm.”
