Aramark Corp., of Philadelphia, is renovating the 6,888-square-foot Tyler Junior College Bob and Lou Rogers Student Center dining area for $620,000. Work to the center, at 1327 S. Baxter Ave., includes demolishing and replacing interior partitions, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new millwork and food service equipment. SpawGlass, of Austin, is the contractor.
Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals & Clinics is renovating the 15,258-square-foot Tyler Square Ambulatory Surgery Center, at 415 S. Fleishel, for $500,000. Work includes renovating staff locker rooms and lounges and sterile storage, as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades. Riley Harris Construction is the contractor.
Tyler Independent School District is constructing a single-story, 1,456-square-foot building to house restrooms and concession stand for the Robert E. Lee High School football field at 411 ESE Loop 323 for $350,000. RPR Construction is the contractor.
David Tomaino, of Grapevine, is demolishing partitions and fixtures and doing new construction in a 2,547-square-foot retail space at 4919 S. Broadway for Simply Mac. RLS Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $70,000 project.
BHP Development Group LLC is finishing out a 1,369-square-foot professional office space at Broadway Hills Plaza, 7925 S. Broadway, for $58,800. Kessinger Development is the contractor.
Joseph Strickland and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, at 922 Old Omen Road, are tying a new wood frame building into an existing metal building for $48,000.
Woodcrest, of Fort Worth, is finishing a 1,500-square-foot lease space at 3400 S. Broadway Ave., Suite 200, for Suni Nails Spa. Work includes a demising wall, electrical service panel, restroom, ceiling, lights, switches, exhaust system and plugs for $35,000. Woodcrest Construction Services is the contractor.
Woodcrest is also finishing a 1,800-square-foot space at 3502 S. Broadway, Suite 408, for the Wok Box restaurant for $30,000. Work includes demolition of the walls, electrical service panel and two restrooms.
Genecov Group Inc. is renovating a 1,400-square-foot space for a new retail tenant at Southland Plaza, 703 S. Beckham, Suite 703, for $34,000. Riley Harris Construction is the contractor.
Diane Gatewood and Carrie Couture are renovating a 500-square-foot space at 400A Rusk St. for Caf← Bhojana Java for $8,700. Work includes adding a deck, installing plumbing to bring kitchen up to code, installing deck doors and a door into the storage area.
Verizon Wireless is replacing three antennas and adding three antennas at 6611 S. Broadway Ave. for $5,000; and 4007 S. Broadway for $6,500. C.A. Bass LLC is the contractor.
MSW Tyler LLC, of Conroe, is renovating the 4,800-square-foot Weisinger Inc. office and shop at 976 SSW Loop 323 for $5,000. Work includes installing a walk through personnel door and steps, installing closed cell foam insulation of shop ceiling and move a wall. Weisinger Inc., of Conroe, is the contractor.
Jody Malone is doing work to a sidewalk outside of Gold Buyers, 3717 Troup Highway, for $1,800. East Texas Contractor is the contractor.

Preferred Pools is constructing a $50,000 pool at 2050 Equestrian Lane.
Roy Brown is replacing smoke damage to the garage and painting the interior walls and ceiling at 515 Bandera Drive for $45,000. Washington & Sons Construction is the contractor.
Johnnie Stripling is replacing burnt wood and repairing wiring at 816 W. 26st St. for $37,000. Atkins Construction is the contractor.
Pamela Sue Mayfield is fencing in a backyard and outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen and fire pit at 5606 Andover Drive for $20,000. Daugherty Construction Service is the contractor.
