Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals & Clinics is renovating the 15,258-square-foot Tyler Square Ambulatory Surgery Center, at 415 S. Fleishel, for $500,000. Tyler Independent School District is constructing a single-story, 1,456-square-foot building to house restrooms and concession stand for the Robert E. Lee High School football field at 411 ESE Loop 323 for $350,000. RPR Construction is the contractor.
