Just in time for National Brunch Month this April, Another Broken Egg Cafe announced the opening date of its highly anticipated milestone 100th cafe. Slated to open on April 29 in Tyler, Another Broken Egg Cafe will be highly celebrated as part of the brand’s nationwide expansion.
Located at 6421 South Broadway, Suite 100, near the intersection of Grande Boulevard and South Broadway Avenue, the restaurant will be the third Another Broken Egg Cafe for franchisees Ray Pynes and Lacy Galligan, a brother-sister duo who also own and operate two Another Broken Egg Cafe locations in nearby Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana.
“We are absolutely ecstatic to be opening our third location in Tyler and extremely honored to be a part of this momentous chapter for the brand as the owners of the 100th cafe. Ray and I hope that the community will join us for our special opening day celebration,” said Galligan. “Above all else, we hope that the Tyler community enjoys our chef-inspired dishes and creative drinks for years to come!”
In celebration of this historic opening, Another Broken Egg Cafe has partnered with Milagroâ Tequila to set up a pop-up Milagro Cantina at the cafe on opening day where guests can enjoy samples of the Milagro Paloma Refresher, as well as branded giveaways.
Additional offerings at the Tyler location will include core menu items like Shrimp ‘N Grits, Chicken & Waffles, Lobster and Brie Omelette, Huevos Rancheros, Southern Chicken Sandwich and more. In addition, kids can enjoy classic breakfast offerings including Chocolate Chip Pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, the French Toast Sampler or the Little Rooster (scrambled egg, fresh seasonal fruit, English muffin and baked bacon).
The new location also features a modernized environment where gourmet food and beverages – including a full bar with signature cocktails, mocktails, mimosas and bloody Marys – come together to create a highly memorable dining experience for all.
“Our team is thrilled to celebrate the opening of our 100th cafe during National Brunch Month,” said Paul Macaluso, President and CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe. “This cafe marks a significant moment for our brand and we’re excited to share it with amazing franchise partners that have a long history of success with the brand. I know that Ray and Lacy will go above and beyond to provide this community with exceptional breakfast, brunch and lunch experiences.”
Open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch, Another Broken Egg Cafe said its restaurant showcases chef-inspired dishes that celebrate the indulgence of the breakfast and brunch experience through the finest, high-quality ingredients and hand-crafted cocktails. In addition to its signature Southern-inspired cuisine, the brand boasts a diverse menu that includes gluten-friendly, vegetarian and other offerings to meet dietary needs.
For guests on-the-go, Another Broken Egg Cafe offers online ordering with convenient takeout and delivery options to the surrounding community, as well as small and large group catering.
