East Texas High School Football Week 11 Honor Roll

- Tyler’s Marquette Martin (24) returns the kickoff 79 yards to the Forney 1-yard line during Friday’s game at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Rose Stadium.
Von Lane, Nathaniel Kirksey, Ethan Brown and Travis Jackson, Tyler Legacy: Lane, a freshman, was 11 of 19 for 226 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to Rockwall. Kirksey had 17 tackles. Brown had 10 tackles and a tackle for loss. Jackson recovered a fumble and returned it 32 yards for a touchdown.
Marquette Martin, Derrick McFall, D’Crystian Sueing and D’Canaan Sueing, Tyler: Martin had a kickoff return for 79 yards and an extra point block return for 97 yards for two points in a loss to Forney. McFall had three kickoff returns for 82 yards and a touchdown and had seven carries for 68 yards and a touchdown. D’Crystian Sueing had eight tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery returned 60 yards for a touchdown. D’Canaan Sueing had 12 tackles and a tackle for loss.
Braxton Durrett, Carlos Afre and Marcelo Martinez, Brook Hill: Durrett had 32 carries for 206 yards and four touchdowns in a win over McKinney Christian. Afre carried the ball 10 times for 101 yards and a touchdown. Martinez had 10 tackles, a tackle for loss and an interception.
Jakob Carey, Jayron Williams, Josh Green, Kaden Mackey and Hayden Ross, Whitehouse: Carey was 11 of 18 for 110 yards and a touchdown, and he carried the ball 12 times for 102 yards in a loss to Marshall. Williams had 26 carries for 134 yards and two touchdowns. Green had 13 tackles and a fumble recovery, and he had a touchdown run. Mackey had 11 tackles, and Ross had 10 tackles.
Grayson Hearon, Trae Davis, Ty Lovelady, Shane Jasper, Jaylon Williams and Noble Kendrick, Troup: Hearon was 15 of 28 for 317 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Grand Saline. Davis had seven catches for 126 yards and two touchdowns. Lovelady had 18 tackles and a tackle for losss and had three catches for 53 yards and a touchdown. Jasper, Williams and Kendrick all had 12 tackles. Kendrick also had a sack and fumble recovery, and Williams added a sack.
Kayden Smith, Malijah Francis and Jadavian Sanders, Big Sandy: Smith was 20 of 28 for 308 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Hawkins. Francis had 34 carries for 261 yards and four touchdowns. Sanders had 10 catches for 148 yards and two touchdowns.
Jaxson Stiles, Jayden Turner and Gage Friedrich, Athens: Stiles was 5 of 8 for 57 yards and two touchdowns and had 19 carries for 109 yards and two touchdowns in a 49-28 win over Palestine to clinch a playoff spot for the Hornets. Turner had 20 tackles and a forced fumble and carried the ball once for a 73-yard touchdown. Friedrich had 10 tackles, two fumble recoveries, a forced fumble, an interception and a tackle for loss.
Jaxon Moffatt, Caden Rowe, Cade Christensen, Tuff Arozamena, Logan Fatig and Gabe Bachert, Van: Moffatt was 18 of 34 for 241 yards and a touchdown and carried the ball nine times for 60 yards and a touchdown in a loss to Bullard. Rowe had nine catches for 154 yards and a touchdown. Christensen and Arozamena each had 12 tackles, and Fatig had 11 tackles. Bachert had nine tackles and an interception.
Josh Castaneda, Jabo Cook and Aiden Campos, Chapel Hill: Castaneda had 13 tackles, and Cook had 12 tackles and two tackles for loss in the loss to Chapel Hill. Campos made a 31-yard field goal and an extra point.
Braydon Alley, Mineola: Alley had 18 carries for 140 yards and a touchdown and threw for 52 yards in a loss to Commerce.
Mike Jones and Josh Garcia, Malakoff: Jones was 14 of 18 for 250 yards and four touchdowns in a win over Groesbeck. Garcia had 10 tackles, three tackles for loss and a fumble recovery.
Tim Bond and Tyler Jordan, Alto: Bond had eight catches for 179 yards and a touchdown in a loss to Carlisle. Jordan had 11 tackles, a tackle for loss, a sack and a fumble recovery.
Ti Crawford, Palestine: Crawford had 19 carries for 180 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to Athens.
Brenden Reese and Maverick Rowe, Longview: Reese recorded 15 tackles and four tackles for loss in the Lobos’ win over West Mesquite. Rowe completed 9 of 14 passes for 203 yards and a touchdown.
M.J. Cates, L’marion Hunter, Brock Reddic and Dealyn Evans, Pine Tree: Cates passed for 152 yards and two touchdowns in the Pirates’ win over Texas High. Hunter carried 25 times for 152 yards and a touchdown. Reddic recorded six tackles, two tackles for loss, two QB pressures, two sacks and a forced fumble, and Evans recorded nine tackles, three tackles for loss, two QB pressures and two sacks.
Julius Hawkins, Spring Hill: Hawkins carried 17 times for 127 yards and a touchdown in the Panthers’ loss to Pleasant Grove.
Derrick Williams, Zaylon Stoker, Malachi Pierce and P.J. Wiley, Kilgore: Williams carried 16 times for 91 yards and four touchdowns and completed 11 of 18 passes for 241 yards and two more scores in the Bulldogs’ 39-16 win over Chapel Hill. Stoker had 11 tackles, Pierce 10 tackles and a tackle for loss and Wiley six tackles and four tackles for loss.
Cadon Tennison, Will Henderson, Ta’Erik Tate, Brendan Webb, Eliez Castillo and Kamryn Brown, Gilmer: Tennison completed 7 of 10 passes for 214 yards and three touchdowns in the Buckeyes’ win over Pittsburg. Henderson carried nine times for 109 yards and a TD. Tate caught three passes for 106 yards and a touchdown. Webb rushed for one TD and caught two TD passes, and Castillo and Brown had 10 tackles and two sacks apiece.
Mason McMinn, Dylan Bennett and B.J. Brannon, Mount Pleasant: McMinn completed 21 of 30 passes for 337 yards and four touchdowns, rushed for one TD and caught a TD pass in a win over Hallsville. Bennett threw a TD pass and caught eight passes for 138 yards and two more scores and Brannon caught three passes for 116 yards and a TD.
Jaylen Holloway and Will Taylor, Pittsburg: Holloway carried 28 times for 112 yards in the Pirates’ loss to Gilmer. Taylor finished with 11 tackles and a sack.
Evan Webber, Harmony: Webber carried 27 times for 211 yards and two touchdowns in the Eagles’ 26-19 win over Daingerfield. Seahorn passed for
DeJuan Johnson, Davyon Mapps, Jaiydyn Johnson and Ayden Hamilton, New Diana: DeJuan Johnson passed for 100 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 150 yards and a TD in the Eagles’ 42-14 win over Queen City. Mapps carried 11 times for 100 yards. Jaiydyn Johnson rushed for 58 yards and two touchdowns, caught four passes for 100 yards and three TDs and had six tackles, a forced fumble, an interception and a sack on defense. Hamilton finished with nine tackles, nine quarterback pressures, four tackles for loss and two sacks.
Chase Johnson, Daingerfield: Johnson passed for 137 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 87 yards and a TD in a loss to Harmony.
Tihmyus Taylor, Kamran Williams, Travis Gray and Travis Harris, Jefferson: Taylor completed 13 of 18 passes for 285 yards and three touchdowns in a 56-2 win over Sabine. Williams threw a TD pass and carried 27 times for 166 yards and a TD. Gray caught five passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns, and Harris recorded 11 tackles and a sack.
Cade Silvertooth and Tristan Peterson, Sabine: Silvertooth carried 25 times for 151 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to Jefferson. Peterson recorded 15 tackles.
Judson Dotson, West Rusk: Dotson took over at QB in the third quarter after an injury to the starter and scored on his first carry – a 15-yard TD. He finished with 89 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns, 14 passing yards and five tackles, an interception and a pass breakup on defense.
Aydin Thomas, Ore City: Thomas intercepted three passes, returning two for touchdowns of 29 and 82 yards, and also caught five passes for 40 yards in the Reels’ 32-13 win over Harleton.
Draven Ring, Harleton: Ring carried 19 times for 103 yards in a loss to Ore City.
J’Koby Williams, Beckville: Williams passed for 90 yards and a touchdown and carried eight times for 173 yards and three scores in the Bearcats’ win over Union Grove.
Kaegan Ash, Mount Enterprise: Ash carried 15 times for 367 yards and four touchdowns in a win over Cushing.
E.J. Mowery, Union Hill: Mowery completed 3 of 3 passes for 89 yards and a TD and rushed for 82 yards and two touchdowns on three carries in Union Hill’s Six Man win over Campbell.
Jett Taylor, Colt Boyd, Kolton Prox and Blane Thompson, Grand Saline: Taylor passed for 269 yards and a touchdown and had three tackles, an interception and two pass breakups in the Indians’ loss to Troup. Boyd rushed for 122 yards and 2 touchdowns and had seven tackles. Prox caught nine passes for 136 yards and added four tackles and three pass breakups and Thompson finished with three catches for 100 yards and a TD and five tackles on defense.
Peyton Harrison and Jayden Riley, Atlanta: Harrison completed 14 of 24 passes for 240 yards and four touchdowns and Riley caught five passes for 109 yards and a TD in the Rabbits’ 42-22 win over Tatum.
Jackson Gibson, Ahkhari Johnson and B.J. Rochelle, Pleasant Grove: Gibson caught four passes for 47 yards and a school-record four touchdowns in the Hawks’ win over Spring Hill. Johnson completed 12 of 14 passes for 187 yards and tied the school-record with six TD passes. Rochelle had seven tackles, three tackles for loss, a QB pressure, two sacks, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a forced interception.
Dawson Witherspoon, Mount Vernon: Witherspoon carried 39 times for 307 yards and five touchdowns in the Tigers’ win over Pottsboro.
Jett Fletcher, Joseph Rolland and Marcus Baker, Wills Point: Fletcher completed 13 of 24 passes for 207 yards and a touchdown and Rolland caught six passes for 11 yards and a TD in a loss to Caddo Mills. Baker recorded 16 tackles.
Ripken Birdwell and Keyshawn Walls, Hooks: Birdwell passed for 258 yards and three touchdowns, rushed for one TD and had 10 tackles, a tackle for loss and a fumble recovery on defense in a win over New Boston. Walls carried 20 times for 242 yards and three touchdowns and caught a 39-yard TD pass.
