Here is a list of building permits the city of Tyler issued from June 23 to July 15 for new construction:

COMMERCIAL


• An office building at 1136 E. Grande Blvd. with a project value of $5 million. The owner is the Krafve David Ann Richard Trust of Tyler, and the contractor was RPR Construction Co. Inc. of Tyler.

• A service center and repair garage in the Park Center Addition subdivision at 3200 SSW Loop 323 with a project value of $600,000. The owner is PAA Land LLC of Tyler.

RESIDENTIAL

• A single-family home in the Bishops Gate at Oak Hollow subdivision at 2235 Fallcrest with a project value of $461,000. The owners are Kelly and Cheryl Sanders of Tyler, and the contractor is Trent Williams Construction of Tyler.

• A single-family home in the Britton subdivision at 2907 Walton Road with a project value of $234,507. The owner is Cesar Avila-Santiago of Tyler, and the contractor is Casillas Construction of Tyler.

• Two single-family homes in the Cambridge Village subdivision at 745 Cambridge Bend Circle and 749 Cambridge Bend Circle project values of $254,717. The owner is MCK Construction LLC of Flint, and the contractor is McKinney Homes LLC of Tyler.

• A single-family home in the Chapel Woods East subdivision at 4297 Chapel Ridge with a project value of $368,428. The owner is Chapel Woods Development Ltd. of Tyler, and the contractor is Floyd Williford Homes of Tyler.

• Two single-family homes in the Elk River Addition At Cumberland Gap subdivision at 1322 Fairfield Lane and 1316 Fairfield Lane with project values of $359,252. The owner and contractor is C. Cooper Custom Homes Inc. of Tyler.

• A single-family home in the Hampton Hill Court Addition subdivision at 747 Hampton Hill Drive with a project value of $382,482. The owners are Ashley Lynn and Jeremy Ray Loyd of Tyler, and the contractor is A&B Custom Homes of Tyler.
