CENTRAL
AUSTIN: Water stained; 63-68 degrees; 0.75′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and Senkos. Sunfish are fair on cut nightcrawlers. Catfish are good on live bait and nightcrawlers.
BASTROP: Water stained; 76-80 degrees. Black bass are good on chartreuse/white soft plastics and Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on nightcrawlers, shrimp, and chicken livers. Yellow catfish are slow.
BELTON: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 2.11′ low. Black bass are fair on watermelon soft plastics, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are good on light blue jigs. Crappie are good on minnows in 20-30 feet. Channel and blue catfish are good on chicken livers, shrimp, and stinkbait at night. Yellow catfish are slow.
BROWNWOOD: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 4.30′ low. Black bass are excellent on craw and shad colored crankbaits, chartreuse/white Rat-L-Traps, and shad colored spinnerbaits in 4-10 feet. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are excellent on minnows and jigs off lighted docks at night in 1-8 feet. Crappie are good on minnows, and white or shad Li’l Fishies. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
BUCHANAN: Water stained; 76-80 degrees; 4.11′ low. Black bass are fair on Carolina rigged soft plastics, pumpkin worms, and black/blue Whacky Sticks on jigheads along ledges. Striped bass are fair jigging and trolling striper jigs and trolling crankbaits in 20-30 feet. White bass are fair on Pirk Minnows, Shad Raps, and live bait. Crappie are slow. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.
CANYON LAKE: Water stained; 75-79 degrees; 3.61′ low. Black bass are fair on brown hair jigs, drop shot worms, and Scoundrel worms on shaky jigheads along break lines and ledges. Striped bass are fair trolling white striper jigs and vertically jigging Pirk Minnows and Spoiler Shads. White bass are fair jigging Pirk Minnows and at mid lake in 40 feet. Smallmouth bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue tube jigs upriver. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.
COLEMAN: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 2.84′ low. Black bass are good on dark soft plastic worms, lizards, and spinnerbaits. Hybrid striper are fair on live shad. Crappie are slow. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
COLORADO RIVER: (At Colorado Bend State Park) No report available.
FAYETTE: Water murky. Black bass are fair on watermelon and chartreuse Carolina rigged soft plastics, crankbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Channel and blue catfish are good on shrimp and shad.
GRANBURY: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 0.26′ low. Black bass are good on watermelon red soft plastics, spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are slow.
GRANGER: Water stained; 75-79 degrees; 0.28′ high. Black bass are slow. White bass are fair on small spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows upriver at night. Blue catfish are good on stinkbait. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live perch in the river.
LBJ: Water stained; 77-81 degrees; 0.81′ low. Black bass are good on black/blue jigs and watermelon tubes on docks. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on silver Pirk Minnows and Spoiler Shads. Crappie are fair on minnows in brush piles. Channel catfish are fair on shrimp and nightcrawlers. Yellow and blue catfish are slow.
NAVARRO MILLS: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 0.12′ high. Black bass are good on crankbaits and spinnerbaits near the dam. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on black/orange jigs and minnows off docks. Channel catfish are good on stinkbait. Blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with minnows and shrimp. Yellow catfish are good on trotlines baited with live bait.
PROCTOR: Water murky; 74-78 degrees; 2.38′ low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse/black soft plastic worms and lizards. Striped bass are good on live shad and white striper jigs. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and white tube jigs in 10-15 feet. Channel and blue catfish are fair on live shad. Yellow catfish are slow.
SOMERVILLE: Water murky; 75-79 degrees; 0.38′ high. Black bass are fair on watermelon soft plastics and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are fair on minnows and slabs. Crappie are good on minnows and chartreuse/white tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp and chicken livers. Yellow catfish are slow.
STILLHOUSE: Water murky; 73-77 degrees; 4.22′ low. Black bass are fair on watermelon spinnerbaits and Rat-L-Traps. White bass are good on minnows and Li’l Fishies. Crappie are fair on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are good on shrimp and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
TRAVIS: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 13.15′ low. Black bass are good on Senkos, flukes, and crawfish crankbaits in 5-15 feet. Striped bass are slow. White bass are good on silver crankbaits, white grubs, and minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and blue/white tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
WALTER E. LONG: Water murky. Black bass are slow. Hybrid striper are good on chartreuse striper jigs and silver spoons. White bass are fair on pet spoons. Crappie are good on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and punchbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
WHITNEY: Water stained; 72-76 degrees; 1.92′ low. Black bass are good on green pumpkin spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on silver spoons and Charlie slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on live bait and frozen shrimp.
NORTHEAST
ATHENS: Water lightly stained; 64-69 degrees; 0.22′ high. Black bass are good on Texas rigged creature baits, hollow body frogs and white buzzbaits. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
BENBROOK: Water stained; 63-67 degrees; 0.57′ high. Black bass are fair on shakyhead worms, medium crankbaits and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. White bass are good on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.
BOB SANDLIN: Water stained; 66-70 degrees; 0.35′ high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, spinnerbaits and buzz frogs. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
BONHAM: Water stained; 63-67 degrees; 0.18′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged soft plastics and spinnerbaits near shallow vegetation. Crappie are fair on brush piles at 12-16′. Catfish are fair along creek channel on jug lines.
BRIDGEPORT: Water lightly stained to stained, 64-68 degrees: 1.07′ low. Black bass are good on shallow crankbaits, topwater poppers and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. White bass are good on slabs and minnows. Hybrid striper are good on slabs and minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines and cut shad.
CADDO: Water stained to muddy; 67-72 degrees; 1.90′ high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, swim jigs and black buzzbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines and cut shad.
CEDAR CREEK: Water stained to lightly stained; 64-68 degrees; 0.09 low. Black bass are good on Texas rigged craws, squarebill crankbaits and white buzzbaits. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines. White bass are good on slabs and minnows. Hybrid striper are fair on slabs and minnows
COOPER: Water stained; 65-69 degrees; 0.16′ low. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits, weightless Senkos and Texas rigged creature baits. Crappie are good on minnows. Hybrid striper and white bass are fair on slabs.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN: Water lightly stained; 63-67 degrees; 0.09′ high. Black bass are fair on squarebill crankbaits, spinnerbaits and shakyhead worms. Crappie are good on minnows and white jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
FAIRFIELD: Water lightly stained. Black bass are fair on buzzbaits, spinnerbaits and Texas rigged creature baits. No report on other species.
FORK: Water lightly stained to stained; 64-68 degrees; 0.42′ low. Black bass are slow on Texas rigged creature baits bladed jigs and hollow body frogs. White and yellow bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are good on trotlines and prepared bait.
GRAPEVINE: Water stained to lightly stained; 63-67 degrees; 0.37′ high. Black bass are good on squarebill crankbaits, Texas rigged craws and spinnerbaits. White bass and hybrid bass are good on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
JOE POOL: Water stained; 63-68 degrees; 0.05’low. Black bass are slow on shallow crankbaits, spinnerbaits and Texas rigged craws. White bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines and prepared bait.
LAKE O’ THE PINES: Water stained; 65-70 degrees: 2.73′ high. Black bass are slow on Texas rigged craws, spinnerbaits and bladed jigs. White bass are good on slabs and minnows. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
LAVON: Water stained; 64-68 degrees: 0.25′ high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, black buzzbaits and bladed jigs. White bass are fair on slabs and topwaters. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.
LEWISVILLE: Water lightly stained; 63-67 degrees; 0.32′ low’. Black bass are fair on squarebill crankbaits, Texas rigged craws and spinnerbaits. White bass are good on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
MARTIN CREEK: Water stained; 76-80 degrees; 0.06′ low. Black bass are good on spinnerbaits, swim jigs and weightless Senkos. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.

RAY HUBBARD: Water lightly stained; 64-67 degrees; 0.22′ low. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits, shakeyhead worms and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are good on slabs. Hybrid striper are good on slabs and minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.

RICHLAND CHAMBERS: Water stained to lightly stained; 63-68 degrees; 0.02′ high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, weightless Senkos and spinnerbaits. White bass are good on slabs and minnows. Hybrid striper are fair on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines and cut shad.

WEATHERFORD: Water lightly stained; 62-67 degrees; 0.33′ low. Black bass are slow on shakeyhead worms, Senkos and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
WRIGHT PATMAN: Water stained to muddy; 64-69 degrees; 19.77′ high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, buzzbaits and bladed jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.
SOUTH
AMISTAD: Water murky; 78-82 degrees; 24.13′ low. Black bass are very good on chartreuse soft plastics, spinnerbaits, swimbaits, and jigs. Striped bass are good on slabs, crankbaits, and jigging spoons. White bass are good on slabs, crankbaits, and jigging spoons. Crappie are good on live minnows and pink tube jigs. Catfish are fair on stinkbait, shrimp, and liver over baited holes. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live perch at night. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
BRAUNIG: Water murky. Black bass are fair on watermelon soft plastics and crankbaits along shorelines and structure. Striped bass are good on chicken livers and silver spoons. Redfish are good on live perch and tilapia. Channel catfish are fair on shrimp, liver, and stinkbait. Blue catfish are fair on chicken livers, shrimp, stinkbait, and nightcrawlers. Yellow catfish are slow.
CALAVERAS: Water murky. Black bass are good on green pumpkin soft plastic worms and grubs along shorelines. Striped bass are good on chicken livers, shad, and spoons. Redfish are good on perch and shrimp on the bottom. Channel and blue catfish are good on nightcrawlers, shad, and liver. Yellow catfish are slow.
CHOKE CANYON: Water stained; 76-80 degrees; 25.72′ low. Black bass are fair on swimbaits and Texas rigged soft plastic lizards. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and fair on jigs under lights at night. Drum are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on punchbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
COLETO CREEK: Water clear; 98 degrees at the hot water discharge, 79 degrees in main lake; 1.65′ low. Black bass are fair on soft plastics and spinnerbaits. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on live perch in 8-10 feet. Yellow catfish are slow.
CORPUS CHRISTI LAKE: Water off color; 68-73 degrees; 1.88′ low. Black bass are good on Senkos, Texas rigs and red Rat-L-Traps. White bass are fair to good on Little Georges. Crappie are fair to good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and live shad.
FALCON: Water murky; 77-81 degrees; 29.65′ low. Black bass are fair on spinnerbaits and shallow running crankbaits. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on nightcrawlers, stinkbait, and liver. Yellow catfish are slow. TEXANA: Water stained; 68-74 degrees; 2.92′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rig and shallow running crankbaits. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
SOUTHEAST
CONROE: Water stained; 74-78 degrees; 0.26′ high. Black bass are fair on chartreuse/green spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Catfish are fair on stinkbait and shrimp.
GIBBONS CREEK: Water stained. Black bass are fair on green pumpkin crankbaits and soft plastics. Crappie are fair on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait and liver.
HOUSTON COUNTY: Water stained; 75-79 degrees; 0.27′ high. Black bass to 9 pounds are good on watermelon red Baby Brush Hogs on the north bank in 14 feet early. Crappie are good on live minnows off piers and over brush piles. Bream are good on live worms off piers. Channel and blue catfish are good on live worms off piers, and on juglines baited with shad. Yellow catfish are slow.
LIVINGSTON: Water stained; 76-80 degrees; 0.19′ high. Black bass are good on watermelon red spinnerbaits and soft plastics. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows. Blue catfish are fair on shad and minnows. Yellow catfish are slow.
SAM RAYBURN: Water stained; 75-79 degrees; 2.23′ high. Black bass are fair on Carolina rigged watermelon red soft plastics and Rat-L-Traps. White bass are fair on Charlie slabs and silver spoons. Crappie are good on minnows. Bream are fair on worms. Catfish are good on shrimp, live minnows, and stinkbait.
STEINHAGEN: 2.04′ high. No report available.
TOLEDO BEND: Water stained; 73-77 degrees; 0.70′ low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse/black Rat-L-Traps, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Bream are fair on worms. Channel and blue catfish are good on frozen shrimp, cut bait, and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
PANHANDLE
GREENBELT: Water off color; 56-64 degrees; 33.04′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and chrome Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on live and cut bait.
MACKENZIE: Water stained; 54-63 degrees; 75.15′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and chatterbaits. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs in the shallows. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and live baitfish.
MEREDITH: Water fairly clear; 54-62 degrees; 48.2′ low. No reports on black bass. No reports of smallmouth bass or walleye. Bream and channel catfish are being caught in limited numbers.
WEST
ALAN HENRY: Water clear main lake, lightly stained up the river; 62-68 degrees main lake; 7.25′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged Power Worms, craws, whacky worms and crankbaits. Crappie and bass are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on punch bait, live perch and live worms.
ARROWHEAD: Water fairly clear; 62-67 degrees; 1.63′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged lizards and shallow running crankbaits. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.
COLORADO CITY: 16.43′ low. After a period of drought, this lake caught water and boating is now allowed. However, it is not currently recommended for fishing due to severe golden alga blooms.
FT. PHANTOM HILL: Water off color; 61-66 degrees; 2.77′ low. Black bass are fair on shakyheads, Texas rigs and split shot rigged flukes. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on live and cut bait.
HUBBARD CREEK: Water off color; 63-68 degrees; 3.76′ low. Black bass are fair on umbrella rigs, Texas rigs and Senkos. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are good on live and cut bait.
NASWORTHY: 61-66 degrees; 1.19′ low. Black bass are slow to fair on Texas rigs and shad pattern shallow running crankbaits. No reports on crappie. Catfish are fair to good on live bait and nightcrawlers.
OAK CREEK: Water stained; 62-68 degrees; 11.65′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and shakyheads with Zoom Trick Worms. Crappie are slow on live minnows. Catfish are fair on live and cut bait.
O.H. IVIE: Water stained; 61-67 degrees; 39.53′ low. Black bass are fair on Senkos, Texas rigs and Rat-L-Traps. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on live bait.
POSSUM KINGDOM: Water off color; 62-67 degrees; 1.14′ low. Black bass are fair to good on medium diving crankbaits, shakyheads and Texas rigs. Crappie are fair on live minnow. White bass are fair on slabs. Striped bass are fair on live shad. Catfish are good on live and cut bait.
SPENCE: 52.44′ low. No report on black bass. No report on crappie. Catfish are on live bait, cut bait and nightcrawlers.
STAMFORD: Water stained to muddy; 61-65 degrees; 1.49′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and squarebill crankbaits. Crappie are fair on live minnows. White bass are fair on live bait and tail spinners. Blue catfish are good on cut and live bait.
SWEETWATER: Water off color; 61-67 degrees; 25.05′ low. This lake is currently experiencing a fish kill due to golden alga. Biologists are monitoring the situation and will post updates as they become available.
WHITE RIVER: Water stained; 62-68 degrees; 22.89′ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and Senkos. No reports on crappie. Catfish are fair to good on live bait.
COASTAL
NORTH SABINE: Trout are fair to good on the Louisiana shoreline on topwaters and Corkies. Flounder are fair on jigs tipped with shrimp around marsh drains.
SOUTH SABINE: Sheepshead, speckled trout, redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on live shrimp. Trout are fair to good around Blue Buck Point on topwaters and live shrimp. Trout are good while drifting the reefs.
BOLIVAR: Trout are fair to good on the south shoreline on soft plastics and plugs. Black drum and redfish are good at Rollover Pass.
TRINITY BAY: Trout are fair on the far northwest end of the bay. Redfish are fair in the marsh on shrimp.
EAST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are fair to good on the south shoreline on Catch 5s, MirrOlures and Down South Lures. Whiting and sand trout are good on the edge of the Intracoastal on fresh shrimp. Black drum are fair to good in the Ship Channel on crabs.
WEST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are fair to good for drifters working shell on live shrimp. Trout, sheepshead, redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on shrimp and croakers. Redfish are good in the back lakes on shrimp and Gulps.
TEXAS CITY: Redfish are fair to good in Moses Lake on shrimp. Trout are fair to good on the reefs on live shrimp.
FREEPORT: Trout are fair at San Luis Pass on live bait. Sand trout, trout, redfish and sheepshead are good on live shrimp on the reefs in Christmas Bay and at the jetties.
EAST MATAGORDA BAY: Trout are fair for drifters in the back lakes and over humps on the west end on live shrimp. Redfish are good on the shell on the north shoreline on live shrimp.
WEST MATAGORDA BAY: Redfish are fair to good on the edge of Oyster Lake on shrimp and crabs. Black drum and redfish are fair to good at the jetty on crabs.
PORT O’CONNOR: Trout and redfish are fair on soft plastics over sand and grass near Grass Island. Trout and redfish are fair for drifters working the back lakes with live shrimp. Trout and redfish are good at the jetty on croakers and mullet.
ROCKPORT: Trout are fair to good in Morris-Cummings Cut on free-lined shrimp. Black drum are good in the Lydia Ann Channel on crabs. Redfish are fair to good on the Estes Flats on mullet and crabs.
PORT ARANSAS: Redfish are fair to good at East Flats on gold spoons and small topwaters. Black drum are good in the Shrimpboat Channel on crabs and finger mullet. Redfish, trout and sheepshead are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp.
CORPUS CHRISTI: Trout are fair to good on the edge of the spoils on Gulps and live shrimp. Black drum and redfish are fair to good in the Packery Channel on crabs.
BAFFIN BAY: Trout are fair to good at the Tide Gauge on Bass Assassins, Gamblers and Sand Shad. Black drum are good in the Land Cut on crabs. Trout are fair to good in the Land Cut on live shrimp.
PORT MANSFIELD: Trout are fair to good on topwaters around sand and grass on She Pups, Super Spook Jrs. and SkitterWalks. Redfish are fair to good while drifting pot holes. Black drum and redfish are good on crabs at East Cut.
SOUTH PADRE: Trout are good around the spoil islands, channel edges and color changes on DOA Shrimp and live shrimp. Black drum, redfish and jack crevalle are good at the jetty on mullet and shrimp.
PORT ISABEL: Trout and redfish are fair to good at Gas Well Flats on live shrimp. Redfish are fair in South Bay on DOA Shrimp and live shrimp. Trout are good on the flats on live shrimp and plastics under popping corks.
