Ramey & Flock, a Tyler-based law firm, traces its roots to 1922, when Thomas B. Ramey Sr. began to practice law.

The firm’s longevity owes much to Ramey’s commitments to improving East Texas and practicing law at the highest level. These deep commitments garnered Ramey great respect – so much so that for many years others addressed him as “Judge” even though he never served in that capacity.

Ramey held positions of trust throughout the community. A leader in both civic and church affairs, he also was a founder and visible force behind the Texas Rose Festival.

Jack W. Flock, the firm’s other namesake, contributed greatly to the firm’s reputation in his own right. In the courtroom, Flock laid the groundwork that has established Ramey & Flock as a successful civil trial defense firm.

Today, Ramey & Flock defend individuals and businesses in civil courts throughout Texas. The firm’s expertise covers a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, labor and employment, probate litigation, business formation, personal injury and patent.

The firm is committed to solving its clients’ problems. The firm has weathered name changes and relocations. But it has never wavered from Judge Ramey’s initial commitments. True to those deep roots, the firm continues to provide responsive, accountable and reliable representation.

Ramey & Flock is located in downtown Tyler across the street from the Smith County Courthouse. Information: www.rameyflock.com
