EAST TEXAS COPY SYSTEMS ACQUIRED BY DATAMAX

East Texas Copy Systems has announced the sale of its company to privately owned business technology provider Datamax Inc.

For more than 70 years, East Texas Copy Systems (formerly East Texas Typewriter) has demonstrated an undeniable track record of staying ahead of the industry curve.

The company’s objective for the businesses and organizations it serves — from typewriters to today’s advanced technologies — is to develop and deploy emerging solutions that empower optimum efficiency and enhance marketplace advantage.

Although the name of the company will change, East Texas Copy Systems President Greg Walker stresses that customers should anticipate business as usual moving forward.

Datamax Inc. has been in business for more than 60 years with offices in Little Rock, Arkansas, Hot Springs, Arkansas, and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
