Allen’s 32 points powers No. 8 Edgewood to win over Eustace

EDGEWOOD — Brayden Allen hit seven 3-pointers and led No. 8 Edgewood with 32 points as the Bulldogs scored a 77-56 win over Eustace on Friday in a District 12-3A basketball game.

The win pushed Edgewood to a record of 22-2 overall and 7-0 in district.

Trey Erwin added 21 points for Edgewood with Sean Joyce pitching in 15.

Ethan Austin connected on five 3-pointers and 31 points for Eustace. Joey Harris added 14.



Edgewood returns to play on Tuesday, traveling to Quitman for a 7:30 p.m. contest.

Eustace plays host to Alba-Golden on Tuesday.
