Bubba’s 33 restaurant is opening its doors to the public on Monday, Oct. 3 at 200 E. Loop 281 in Longview. On Friday, Sept. 30, and Saturday, Oct. 1, the restaurant will host invitation-only pre-opening events and will also assist in raising money for the Hiway 80 Rescue Mission. Local firefighters, police officers and all guests at Made to Love and Hiway 80 Rescue Missions will be the first to try the restaurant’s fresh stone-baked pizzas, fresh-ground burgers, salads and sandwiches.
The 8,400-square-foot sports restaurant features made-from-scratch stone-baked pizza, fresh-ground burgers, including a signature bacon burger which is made with 33 percent bacon, fresh-baked buns and more. The Longview location features an authentic garage bar look with functioning garage doors.

“For years, Hiway 80 Rescue Mission has made a tremendous impact — providing food and shelter to so many in our Longview community,” said Chelsee Dorgan, managing partner, in a statement. “We are honored to have the organization join us for our soft opening and can’t imagine a more meaningful way to celebrate than by partnering with this amazing organization.”
The first Bubba’s 33, which opened in 2013 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, was recognized as Best New Restaurant and Best Sports Restaurant by the Fayetteville Observer. The restaurant will be open for dinner only Monday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to midnight, and is open for lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
