Liberty Utilities improving wastewater plant

Liberty Utilities is adding improvements to the Tall Timbers wastewater treatment plant at 7612 and 7662 Neighbors Road for $1,213,218. They are adding piping improvements, an RAS station, and other miscellaneous improvements. The contractor is Capps-Capco Construction.

Copeland Gate is building a 9,750-square-foot shell-only building at Kinsey Office Park, 1401 WSW Loop 323 for $585,000. The contractor is Branch Creek.

Douglas Mehling Family Partnerships is finishing out a new 1,120-square-foot retail store called Just Imagine at The Market, 2210 Three Lakes Parkway, for $45,000. The contractor is Denson Construction Management.

Pyle Properties is re-modeling the 24,0000-square-foot interior of the Movies 6, 2747 E. 5th St., to use as a gym. The cost will be $49,000. They will demolish walls and level floors in the building.

Peppard Properties is performing grading work and removing trees for a concession stand at 16822 McElroy Road, Whitehouse, for $4,000.



Jose Trobles is remodeling the 855-square-foot Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal church at 1915 Garden Valley Road for $35,000. The contractor is Reyes Homes of Houston.

Den-Tex Central will attach a Duro-Last membrane over the existing roof at the 7,500-square-foot Denny’s Restaurant at 3244 Gentry Parkway for f $12,500. The contractor is Ultimate Roofing Systems.

West Vision Care is building a 3,177-square-foot New Vision Care Clinic at 2547 Elkton Trail for $400,000. The contractor is Jackson Construction Co.

BBL Builders applied for a temporary commercial power permit for the Palomar Apartments at 5872 Old Jacksonville Highway.

Centene Corp. applied for a temporary gas permit for their building at 3258 Earl Campbell Parkway.

The North Tenneha Church of Christ applied to demolish a 1,200-square-foot home they own at 1727 N. Tenneha for $4,000.

The French Quarter applied to demolish a former 2,600-square-foot Dairy Queen Restaurant at 4510 S. Broadway for $4,500.
