One person was fatally stabbed and two others were injured Wednesday morning at Spring High School.

The stabbing happened about 7 a.m. on the campus at 19428 North Freeway, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said one person died at the scene and two others were flown by Life Flight medical helicopter to Memorial Hermann-The Texas Medical Center.

The Chronicle has confirmed that one of the students is in critical condition.

KHOU reported a 16-year-old male was one of the two people flown to the hospital.

No information was available about the injured people’s conditions.
