Community Resource Fair, Saturday, 10 a.m. — 2 p.m., 900 W. Bow St. in Tyler (Majesty Event Center). With a focus on health and wellness, safety and security, social services, transportation, finances and legal guidance, more than 30 businesses will provide insight for attendees. Urban Kids Fishing Derby, Saturday, 8 a.m. — noon, 701 W. 32nd St. in Tyler (Woldert Park). If you’re between the ages of 4 — 16, bring your parent or guardian, and a pole, bucket, bait, and chairs for this free fishing event. Faure Requiem & Rutter Gloria, Saturday, 7:30 p.m., 1303 S. Mahon Ave. in Tyler (Rogers-Palmer Performing Arts Center). In collaboration with Trinity Valley Community College Choir, the Tyler Junior College Choir will perform their Spring Masterwork concert with both Faure’s “Requiem” and John Rutter’s “Gloria.” This concert is free and open to the public.
