Did you receive a smartphone amber alert last night after 10 p.m.? You may have if you have an AT&T phone. Modern smartphones have the ability to display emergency alerts pushed out by government agencies. These include notifications about dangerous weather, unsafe situations or Amber Alerts for missing children and seniors.
