BPI Inc. is doing a renovation of the Southeast Center Building, at 3301 Golden Road, for $200,000. Bank of America is the tenant. Balfour Beatty Construction, of Dallas, is the contractor.
Meadow Plaza LLC filed a building permit and demolition permit for Bow Plaza Phase II. Work includes demolishing an old structure and adding on 1,330-square-foot to Bow Plaza, at 1120 W. Bow St., for a beauty shop. Ed Thompson Construction LLC is the contractor for the $49,380 building and $9,500 demo projects.
Stanley’s Famous Pit Bar-B-Q is building two new ADA restrooms at 525 S. Beckham Ave. for $31,450. Caliber Associates is the contractor.
Nhung Hoang is adding three walls and a bathroom to a 1,688-square-foot nail salon at 1940 ESE Loop 323 for $30,000. Spradley Construction is the contractor.
Burger King, at 530 SSW Loop 323, is working on its roof for $28,500. S. Goodwin Roof Service LLC is the contractor.
UU Fellowship Tyler is remodeling the restrooms of the Unitarian Church, at 1629 Old Omen Road for $19,900. This Old House is the contractor.
The Market retail center is finishing out a 600-square-foot office space for Learning Enhancement Center, for tutoring, at 2210 Three Lakes Parkway No. 125. Work includes adding A/C, electrical and dividing walls for $13,000. Kristin Jones is the contractor.
Upper Cuts Salon LLC is adding three electrical circuits and two plumbing drains in a 1,500-square-foot space at 1933 SSE Loop 323 for $4,500. Master Tech Homes LLC is the contractor.
Peoples Petroleum Building, at 102 N. College Ave., is repairing a sidewalk. Garrett & Associates is the contractor.

El Charro on The Ridge filed a temporary use permit to have a stage, tables and chairs outside at 6899 Oak Hill Blvd. on May 5.
Commercial Temporary Power Permits were filed by Taco Bell, 3805 S. Broadway; and Bossart Building, 1321 and 1327 Dominion Plaza.

Trent Williams Construction is building a 7,692-square-foot home at 7780 Hollytree Drive for $850,000.
Cotton Custom Homes is constructing a 7,540-square-foot house at 1940 Stonegate Blvd. for $750,000.
Adam Dossey is building a $67,000 pool at 6026 Graemont Blvd. Trinity Valley Pools is the contractor.
Mark Jones is getting a $48,500 outdoor living space at Firestone Circle. JP Stanley Design is the contractor.
Zoe Anna Tyler is rebuilding a fire-damaged home at 7135 Richfield for $20,000. Work includes sheetrock, flooring, roofing, insulation, electrical and plumbing. BSRK Inc. is the contractor.
Kenneth Graham is getting a new roof, electrical and sheetrock at 536 S. Fenton for $20,000. Graham Properties is the contractor.
Kirk and Marlyn Wilson are replacing a door for $761 at 505 Becky Drive. A-Z Construction is the contractor.
