The Jacksonville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding two men who broke into Fosters Lawn and Saw Shop and stole two weed eaters.

Officers are looking for a tan 1980s model short bed pickup with two African American males inside, according to a Facebook post by Chief Reece Daniel.

“The passenger is cut up from breaking a window at Fosters Saw Shop early this morning and taking two weed eaters,” the post reads. “They have one of the weed eaters in the back wrapped in a bloody sheet and are going around trying to sell it.”

Anyone who sees the truck is asked to call dispatch at 903-586-2546 and report its license plate number.

“While I can always hope for blood poisoning, I would rather have them in jail by tomorrow,” the chief joked in the post.
