In our countdown of the 10 most-watched videos on ETFinalScore.com in 2014, video number seven was of the overflow crowd at Lobo Stadium in Longview for the Gilmer vs. Gladewater high school football playoff game. The stadium has a seating capacity of just under 10,000, but estimates of the overflow crowd — of which many stood or sat on a grassy embankment — ranged as high as around 14,000.

Number eight was the report regarding the release of a video from an Atlantic City casino elevator which showed Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice violently hitting his finance so hard that he apparently knocked her out.

This version of the video was released just prior to the start of the NFL season, resulting in an indefinite suspension for Rice (which was later overturned), Rice being cut by the Ravens, and months of controversy surrounding how the NFL addresses incidents of players involved in domestic violence.

Number nine on the most-watched video list is the press conference introducing Jeff Coleman as the new boys basketball coach at Robert E. Lee High School.

Number 10 featured a big comeback by Longview over Lufkin in the first round of the high school football playoffs. Rallying from a big deficit late in the game, the Lobos scored a touchdown to pull within a point in the final 10 seconds. Then, instead of going for a 1-point kick and a tie, Longview went for two points and the win. And they got it, on this play by Jordan Wyatt.
