On Wednesday, just before Independence Day, students and staff from Stepping Stone School enthusiastically showcased their annual patriotic program and parade to parents and supporters. During the event, students delved into the country’s traditions and values, learning about the symbolism behind flags, yellow ribbons, and patriotic songs.

This year’s theme, “American Heroes,” paid tribute to first responders and veterans. The owner and executive director, Camille Brown, received The Moran Minuteman award for her dedication to community improvement. Brown was recognized for her remarkable contributions spanning over 50 years in education.
