The place to ‘Bee’

When I get excited I want to share the energy. As a word lover, I thoroughly enjoyed PAVEetx’s [formally the Literacy Council of East Texas] 33rd Corporate Spelling Bee. Today my husband is watching the event on Facebook PAVEetx’s.

PAVE stands for Pathways for Adults Via Education with a slogan of “Education is movement from darkness into light.” A squeezable light bulb souvenir made me chuckle. Afterward chatting, revved up my enthusiasm so much it spilled over to the Southside Bank teller, “I’m grateful for your team at The Bee.” At Brookshire’s, I bent to speak through the slot-of-a-window in the floor-office to say, “Thank you for having a team at The Bee.”

Isn’t Tyler with its businesses, corporations, and enterprises a great place to live?

Democracy destroyed

The Democrats have destroyed democracy in their party just like Russia, China and others where citizens are not allowed to vote on who runs for office. The party bosses chose Kamala Harris to run for president. Not a single citizen got to vote for who their candidate is. Only Delegates committed by voters to vote for Joe Biden. Not one citizen voter got to vote for who will be the Democrat presidential candidate.

That is the way Russia, China and other communist countries rig their elections. Citizen voters have no say — just like in the current Democrat Party. Welcome to a “taste” of Communism; no rights under a Constitution! No open convention to nominate and debate who will be the best or Democrat citizens choice — just a rigged Democrat convention.

It is quite obvious the Democrat Party leaders do not want a citizen choice but a radical California prosecutor who was soft on criminals and can not talk sensibly without laughing at serious questions. Can anyone imagine her standing up and seriously negotiating war and peace with Russia, China or Iran? Of course not.

Democrats have become “Pied Piper” leading America off a cliff to destruction.
