SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies charged Jared Daniel Williams, 24, of Tyler, with forgery of government/national instrument/money/security. Williams was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday on a week-ender work release.

Deputies charged Caylon James Whittington, 28, of Tyler, with resisting arrest search or transport. He was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a $20,000 bond.

Deputies charged Roger Alexander Werth, 48, of Gun Barrel City, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Werth was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $100,000 bond.

Deputies charged Juan Jose Vasquez, 41, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Vasquez was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Tuesday with time served.

Deputies charged Hunter Graham Thibodeaux, 26, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams. He was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with a bond not set.

Deputies charged Marviel Terrick Stewart, 26, of Plain Dealing, Louisiana, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Stewart was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had a bond of $2,500.

Deputies charged Mark Wayne Shaver, 53, of Hallsville, with criminal trespass, theft of property greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000 with conditions, theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000, theft of property greater than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Shaver was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $7,500, $250,000, $100,000, $100,000.

Deputies charged Colby Michael Sellars, 23, of Tyler, driving while intoxicated. Sellars was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday on a week-ender release.

Deputies charged Milton Dale Roberts, 32, of Tyler, with evading arrest detention with a vehicle. Roberts was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.

Deputies charged Oswaldo Pulido, 28, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15 and an immigration detainer. Pulido was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released Tuesday to another agency.

Deputies charged Albizu Alfredo Ortiz, 28, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group two controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Ortiz was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had bonds of $20,000 and $500.

Deputies charged Michael Oliver, 42, of Tyler, with aggravated assault date/family/household member with a weapon. Oliver was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released Monday. He had a $10,000 bond.

Deputies charged Bennie Lee Muse, 77, of Tyler, with impersonating a security officer. Muse was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had a bond of $5,000.

Deputies charged Leon Kenny Morgan, 59, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. Morgan was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day with time served.

Deputies charged Christopher Lamar Johnson, 22, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Johnson was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a bond of $2,500.

Deputies charged Jessica Olivia Holmes, 37, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury. Holmes was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday on a week-ender work release.

Deputies charged Dewayne Antonio Dickerson, 38, of Tyler, with obstruction or retaliation. Dickerson was in Smith County Jail Friday with a bond of $100,000.

Deputies charged Travon Lamarcus Cooper, 21, of Tyler, with burglary of vehicles. Cooper was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a bond of $2,500.

Deputies charged Thomas Leon Broughton, 45, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Broughton was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday with time served.

Deputies charged Leevan Devon Brewer, 41, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Brewer was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had a bond of $2,500.

Deputies charged Josh Blake Bostic, 40, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. He was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday on a week-ender work release.

Deputies charged Kendall Asheton Biggs, 19, of Tyler, with burglary of habitation and evading arrest detention. Biggs was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $2,500 bond.

Deputies charged Vicente Aldaco Jr., 23, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Aldaco was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released Monday. He had bonds of $5,000, $10,000 and $10,000.

Officers charged Michael Raymond Taggart, 22, of Tyler, with obstruction or retaliation, public intoxication and harassment of public servant. Taggart was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $10,000, $10,000 and $500.

Officers charged John Rush Spradlin, 59, of Tyler, with two charges of possession of penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Spradlin was in Smith County Jail Monday. He had bonds of $500, $5,000 and $5,000.

Officers charged Alfonso Rodriguez, 25, of Tyler, with public intoxication. He was in Smith County Sunday with a $500 bond.

Officers charged Enoc Ortiz, 25, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Ortiz was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released Monday. He had a bond of $1,500.

Officers charged Jermelvin Leandra Morris, 37, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Morris was in Smith County Jail Sunday with a $2,500 bond.

Officers charged Tyler Michelle Martinez, 23, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. She was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.

Officers charged Shannon Deanne Mackay, 47, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. Mackay was in Smith County Saturday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.

Officers charged Erwin Modesto Gomez, 21, of Overton, with driving while intoxicated. He was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had a bond of $3,000.

Officers charged Larry Donnel Curley, 58, of Tyler, with public intoxication. He was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $500 bond.

Officers charged Broderick DeRoyce Brown, 45, of Tyler, with possession of penalty group two controlled substance less than a gram, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Brown was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $5,000, $500 and $500.

Officers charged Eddy Xavier Burgos, 24, of Dallas, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Burgos was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had a bond of $2,500.

Officers charged Michael Ramon Loving, 43, of Lindale, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. He was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $2,500 bond.

Officers charged Dallas Francis Carson, 20, of Lindale, with injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury, abandon/endanger child criminal negligence and assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Carson was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. He had bonds of $10,000, $5,000 and $2,500.

DPS

Troopers charged Jose Ivan Vasquez, 27, of Venuz, with driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license (when unlicensed), open container and an immigration detainer. Vasquez was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released to another agency Tuesday. He had bonds of $500, $255 and $255.

Troopers charged Oscar Lee Newberry, 26, of Tyler, with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia by a minor and no driver’s license (when unlicensed). Newberry was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had bonds of $500, $255, and $255.

WHITEHOUSE PD

Officers charged Wade Glenn Mathis, 24, of Ben Wheeler, with possession of penalty group one controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, two charges of possession of penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, parole violation and unlawful possession of firearm by a felon. Mathis was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $5,000, $10,000, $100,000, $10,000 and $10,000.
