Jean Johnson

FRANKSTON — Jean Johnson, age 85, of Kingwood formerly of Frankston, entered eternal life on Sunday, April 19, 2020. She was born October 9, 1934 to Tinker and Helen Weeks.

A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Hooker Ridge Cemetery in Lone Oak, TX. Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.

Jean was lovingly known as “Mama Jean” in the Frankston area. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and was a life-long nurse.

She was preceded in death by parents; son, Danny Ranford; daughter, Tracey Reed; and sister, Helen Klar.

Left to cherish Jean’s memory are her husband, William “Bill” Johnson of Kingwood; daughter, Deborah Livingston and husband Billy of Tennessee; grandchildren Megan and husband Ryan, Brenna and Austin; and great-grandchildren, J.T., Michael, Annabelle and Ewan. She is also survived by her daughter-in-love, Amy Elrod and husband Michael of Kingwood and their children: Taylor and wife Abby, Gage and Hayden; and Amy’s mother, Kathy Knight.
