King’s Academy moved to 3-0 on the season with a 68-32 win over Mineral Wells Community Christian on Friday.

Caiden Stafford was 11 of 18 for 177 yards and six touchdowns, and he had three carries for 59 yards and a touchdown and made seven extra point kicks. Travis Haft had three receptions for 77 yards and three touchdowns.

Ben Smith had two receiving touchdowns. Lane Morris, Tarrant and Corbin all had a receiving touchdown.

Tarrant had 76 yards rushing, 14 yards receiving and 69 passing with two passing touchdowns. Smith had six receptions for 57 yards. Tyler Livingston added three catches for 26 yards, and Cameron Taylor had two catches for 36 yards.

On defense, Adam Huval made nine tackles. Tony Rivera had seven quarterback hurries and forced a fumble. Tarrant and Corbin added six tackles each.

The Knights will play at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Apple Springs.
