LAW needed to HELP ENSURE DOGS AREN’T CONFINED TO ONE SPACE

Smith County should have a law to make it illegal to chain dogs down.

Dogs should not be confined to one space. A fenced in area can be good for a dog to have enough space to run around at least 30 feet by 30 feet.

Dogs are smart and have been known to save peoples lives. Dogs should be taken care of like baths, food and water.

If you love animals, please do something so this can go into law.
