Tyler Legacy went 2-3 in the Coppell Tip-Off.

The Red Raiders took wins of 61-45 over Irving MacArthur and 71-60 over Frisco Reedy and suffered losses of 82-44 to Birdville, 74-65 to Byron Nelson and 69-47 to Walnut Grove.

The win over Frisco Reedy marked career victory No. 250 for Red Raider head coach Kyle Smith. Following Monday’s win over Tyler, Smith is now 251-139 as a head coach and 21-22 with the Red Raiders.

Against MacArthur, Jayden Jones had 22 points and nine rebounds. Ja’Corian Oes had 21 points and 15 rebounds. Gage Nuckolls had six assists, and Tyler Henry had five assists.

Against Reedy, Jones had 26 points and 10 rebounds. Oes had 17 points and six rebounds. Zyere Ceasar had 14 points. Oes, Ceasar and Josh Hall all had two blocks. Gage Nuckolls had seven rebounds and 10 assists.

Against Birdville, Jones had 13 points.

Against Byron Nelson, Oes had 25 points and nine rebounds. Jones had 12 points. Nuckolls had 10 points, five assists and four steals. Hall had 10 steals.

Against Walnut Grove, Oes had 16 points and nine rebounds. Jones had 11 points.
