FAIRFIELD — The No. 1 Martin’s Mill Lady Mustangs remained unbeaten and captured the championship of the Fairfield Girls Basketball Tournament on Saturday.

Martin’s Mill defeated Little River Academy 53-38 in the championship game. The Lady Mustangs improve to 15-0 on the season. The Bumblebees, ranked No. 13 in Class 3A, fall to 13-2.

Sophomore McKenna Wise led the Lady Mustangs, who complete in 2A, with 15 points, including four 3-pointers.
