Several businesses set to celebrate ribbon cuttings, grand openings throughout the month

- Angel Layettes will hold its ribbon cutting on October 24 at 4 p.m.
Several East Texas businesses will have reason to celebrate through the month of October. SPCA of East Texas, ETV Software, Manpower, and Angel Layettes will be holding ribbon cuttings and grand openings throughout the rest of the month.
SPCA of East Texas

The SPCA of East Texas will hold a ribbon cutting at its new facility Sunday, Oct. 15 at 2 p.m.
The ribbon cutting will be held at the organization’s newly renovated building located at 3245 West Grande. Special guest 90th Texas Rose Festival Queen Laura Elaine Bryan will perform the ribbon cutting.

ETV Software
On Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 11 a.m. ETV Software will hold its ribbon cutting.
Following the ceremony, the doors will open to the public, allowing guests to explore its state-of-the-art facility and experience firsthand the products and services that have made ETV Software a trusted name in the Technology sector.

The ribbon cutting for the grand re-opening of ETV Software’s newest location will be held at 1331 South Beckham Avenue.

Manpower
On Thursday, Oct. 19 at noon Manpower will hold its ribbon cutting.
Manpower has been helping individuals find work for almost 60 years. It purchased the franchise in 1986 in order to provide staffing services across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Since then, it has helped countless workers and companies build fulfilling professional relationships.
The ribbon cutting and open house will take place at 2527 East 5th Street.

Angel Layettes
On Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 4 p.m. Angel Layettes will hold its ribbon cutting.
Angel Layettes provides comfort, love and dignity in the midst of one of life’s greatest tragedies, the loss of a child prior to birth and those who die shortly after birth.
The ribbon cutting will be held at 10534 FM 2813 in Flint.
