Bullard girls soccer

ROCKWALL — The Tyler Legacy Lady Raiders took a 2-1 win over Rockwall-Heath on Friday to secure second place in District 10-6A.

Brianna Garcia and Lily Beckham scored the goals. Melanie Martinez and Bella McNeil had the assists.

The Lady Raiders (13-5, 8-3) will host Royse City at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday to close the regular season.

BULLARD 8, BROWNSBORO 0

BULLARD — Mollie Carlile scored five goals to lead Bullard to an 8-0 win over Brownsboro.

Charley Whitehead, Alexis Flynn and Aubrey Kuechle all scored a goal.

Addison Cooksey and Kuechle each had two assists, and Flynn added an assist.

Bullard JV (5-3-1) defeated Brownsboro 4-0 behind two goals and an assist from Nydia Sledge and three assists by Kyrah Richardson.

Bullard (15-1) will play at Athens at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.

TYLER LEGACY 2, ROCKWALL-HEATH 2

Mario Delgado scored two goals as Tyler Legacy played to a 2-2 draw with Rockwall-Heath.

Erick Mendez and Axel Ruben had the assists.

Legacy (11-1-4, 7-1-3) will play at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Royse City to close district play.
