The Tyler Lions scored back-to-back to road soccer wins.
After scoring an 8-0 win at Marshall on Friday, the Lions traveled to Jacksonville and upset the previously unbeaten Indians 5-1 at the Tomato Bowl on Tuesday.
Tyler (11-6-3, 5-5-2) returns to play on Friday, hosting Lufkin (7-5-4, 4-3-4) in a 7:15 p.m. District 10-5A match at Christus Trinity Mother Frances Mike Carter Field.
The goals and assists from the two games were from Dabid Vitoriano (5 goals), Amir Perez (3 goals/2 assists), Cris Ortiz (2 goals/1 assist), Marvin Espinal (2 goals/1 assist), Max Martinez (1 goal/3 assists), Jesse Mancilla (2 assists) and Tito Campos (1 assist).
Goalkeeper Adrien Tovar had the clean sheet against Marshall.
