Set personal goals but don’t make them bigger than the ‘neighborhood’ but rather make them big has your ‘land lot’. Be intentional when it comes to what you personally need. We all try and satisfy the people around us and neglect our own personal needs. This year, do what makes you happy as well. The people around you will benefit from the positive energy that will come from taking care of yourself as a priority. Examples:

Workout Just for Yourself.

Clean Your Living Spaces.

Meditate and Stretch.

Cook Yourself a Delicious Meal at Least Once a Week.

Most Popular

Write Down Things You’re Grateful For.

Learn Something New Every Day.

Read Outside Your Normal Comfort Zone.

And lastly but not least, make plans to attend our May 8th, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Symposium at the Smith County Extension Office, 1517 W Front St #116 in Tyler, for a day of learning how to handle stress and live a more fulfilling life. Register by calling 903-590-2980.
