2025 Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival ticket sales now open

Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. Friday morning.

The 11th annual Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival lineup features a mix of legendary Texas country artists and rising stars. The event, scheduled for Saturday, May 10, at The Park of East Texas in Tyler, will include a full day of music and barbecue.



Tickets

Tickets for the event went on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31, and will be available at reddirtbbqfest.com. Ticket prices range from $69.99 to $198.

Tickets start at $69.99 for concert-only with an entry time of 3:45 p.m. The next level of tickets are “BBQ” level which include samples from all barbecue joints and concert access along with 1 p.m. entry time. Those cost $94.99. VIP tickets are $198 and include an entry time of noon, samples from all barbecue joints, a festival T-shirt, two free drinks, and a private VIP area at the front of the stage.

New location

Due to construction on the new courthouse and street closures, the festival will move from the brick streets of downtown Tyler to The Park of East Texas, a 300-acre venue in West Tyler. The park, which debuted as the site of the 108th East Texas State Fair in 2024, was described as a perfect fit for the event.

Cody Rosenbalm, President and CEO of The Park of East Texas, said, “Hosting Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival is a natural fit, and we’re thrilled to provide a new home for such a beloved tradition.”

History of the festival

The Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival began in 2014. Since its inception, the festival has aimed to bring amazing barbecue and music to the brick streets of downtown Tyler.

Previous musical acts include Whiskey Myers, Turnpike Troubadours, Josh Abbott Band, Cody Johnson, Parker McCollum, Koe Wetzel, Robert Earl Keen, the late Charlie Robison, Mark Chesnutt, Casey Donahew, Pony Bradshaw and many more.
