The Bullard Lady Panthers competed in the College Station Classic at A&M Consolidated and went 2-1.

Bullard lost 7-0 to Top 10-ranked Class 5A squad A&M Consolidated. The Lady Panthers followed that with wins of 2-0 over Class 5A Lufkin and 2-1 over Class 6A Cy-Fair.

Sophomore goalkeeper Cadence Graul racked up 40 saves, including stopping a penalty kick.

Junior captain Paige Barrett, sophomore Charley Whitehead and sophomore Kaelyn Stripling contributed to the first four goals on the season — one was an own goal from Cy-Fair. The first assists on the season came from Barrett, Whitehead, junior Aubrey Kuechle and sophomore Alexis Flynn.

Bullard’s JV will host Tyler HEAT at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Bullard (2-1) will host the annual Lady Panthers Winter Cup Thursday through Saturday.
