Country Kitchen Restaurant at 1828 E Southeast Loop 323 in Tyler will be open.

China King (4542 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703) will open at 11 a.m. but may close early depending on business.

Denny’s, at 3126 S Eastman Rd and 3244 W Gentry Parkway in Tyler, will be open.

IHOP, with Tyler locations at 115 W SW Loop 323 and 209 S SW Loop 323 will be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Kawas (1024 W SW Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701) will be open on New Years Eve and New Years Day from 11 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Mikoto Ramen Bar & Sushi (6611 S Broadway Ave Suite 200, Tyler, TX 75703) will be open.

All Whataburger locations will remain open 24 hours on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
