Whitehouse volleyball coach Britney Nordin resigns after 15 seasons

Whitehouse head volleyball coach Britney Nordin has resigned, Whitehouse athletic director Don Newton confirmed on Tuesday afternoon.
“She did a great job for us,” Newton said. “She had an unbelievable winning percentage. She put her heart and soul into this program. We are appreciative of her time here. I have a real amount of respect for her and wish her well. “

Nordin has a record of 375-198. She also coached at All Saints and Pleasant Grove prior to Whitehouse.
Nordin just completed her 15th season at Whitehouse, leading the Ladycats to a 33-10 record and a trip to the playoffs, falling to Prosper Walnut Grove in the first round. Whitehouse went 14-2 in District 10-5A and placed second.
It was the third consecutive year that Whitehouse won at least 30 matches.
