Authorities say missing Smith County teen has been found safe

The Bullard Police Department is investigating several reports of tires being slashed overnight in neighborhoods across the city.

The Smith County Sheriff’s Office says 13-year-old Jakob Longmire has been located safely after being reported missing.

He is safe at home as of 8:20 p.m. Friday night after being reported missing earlier that day.
