Texas Bank and Trust welcomes credit administration manager
Michelle Lowe has joined the staff of Texas Bank and Trust as senior vice president and credit administration manager, with responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing the bank’s credit administration activities for all branches. She will office in the Tyler Grande location.

Ms. Lowe has over 14 years of banking experience within the East Texas community. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from The University of Texas at Tyler. In 2023, she graduated as Valedictorian of her class at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Ms. Lowe holds the Credit Risk Certification from the Risk Management Association and is a graduate of the Banking on Leaders of Tomorrow Program through the Federal Reserve of Dallas. She is a state board member and officer for the Risk Management Association and is an East Texas Chapter member of Financial Women in Texas. Locally, she serves as a board member for the Children’s Village of Tyler and is a graduate of Leadership Tyler, Class 28.
Texas Bank and Trust Company operates 21 full-service branches throughout East Texas and the DFW Metroplex.
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services recognizes top franchise owners
PALM HARBOR, Fla. – Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services honored top-performing franchisees and those who reached sales milestones during the annual owners’ retreat, which was held May 1-3 in Orlando.
Bobby Halbrook, Office Pride of Tyler-Whitehouse, earned the individual Core Value Award.
Managers of the Year had two winners, including Dan Ford, Office Pride of Tyler.

Also recognized were Million Dollar Club members including Halbrook and David Stein of Office Pride of Tyler-Jacksonville, for billing a milestone amount in a calendar year.
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, based in Palm Harbor, Florida, is a full-service commercial cleaning company. Keith Donahoe appointed president of Southside Bancshares, Southside Bank
On May 16, the Boards of Southside Bancshares, Inc. and Southside Bank, unanimously approved the appointment of Keith Donahoe to serve as president of the company and the bank.
Donahoe joined the Bank in 2021 and has served as its Regional President of Central Texas since 2022. He previously served in leadership roles at Frost Bank for two and a half decades prior to joining Southside. In his new role, Donahoe will lead Southside’s efforts in achieving its strategic objectives and driving the continued success of Southside forward.
Lee R. Gibson will continue as CEO of the company and the bank.
“Keith brings an extensive wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to this position, having demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication in his role as the Bank’s Regional President of Central Texas over the last three years,” said Gibson. “His deep understanding of our industry, our culture and his vision for Southside’s future make him the ideal candidate to serve as President.”
