High school graduation season is upon us, and the Tyler Morning Telegraph is rounding up information about all of our local planned commencements.

We’re starting our coverage here with a list of our local schools, when their graduation is schedule and where.

Some ceremonies are changing times due to weather conditions. Lindale and Whitehouse moved their ceremonies to 9 a.m. Saturday morning. Bullard High School moved the ceremony up to a 7 p.m. start with gates to open at 6 and seniors should arrive by 6 p.m. as well.

Whitehouse moved their ceremony up to 7 p.m. Friday instead of 8:30 p.m. The school proceeded with graduation for about 20 minutes before a lightning pause caused a delay. Then, administration announced the ceremony is postponed for 9 a.m. Saturday morning at the stadium. Graduates must arrive by 8:15 a.m.

Stay tuned for more high school graduation coverage, including our annual tradition of highlighting one outstanding senior from each of the independent school districts within Smith County, plus photos and coverage from multiple ceremonies.
