Dr. James Harvey Hailey, DDS

LONGVIEW — We are thankful for the life of our beloved husband, father, and friend. We are at peace knowing with certainty that today, he is in the presence of our Savior, Jesus Christ. James Harvey Hailey was born in Dallas, Texas on November 17 1940 to Harvey & Inez Hailey and went to his home on April 30, 2024. He married his soul mate, DeLana Bryant on December 16, 2006 in Jefferson, Texas. After graduating high school he attended ACC and then graduated from Baylor University College of Dentistry. He spent three years in the U.S. Army and a total of 40 years in the profession of dentistry.

He leaves behind his soul mate, DeLana, three children, Scott and wife Amy, Susan Anthony, and Stephen. His honored children Kelly Bryant, Dr. Kevin Bryant, Renee Bryant, Denny and Teri White, Keith and Sheri Ross. With numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in his death were his parents, a daughter, Chelsea Hailey and son-in-law Steve Anthony.

Memorials may go to Mission Fund at Pine Tree Church of Christ, 3200 Dundee Rd., Longview, Texas.

Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Pine Tree Church of Christ.
