TYLER, Texas — A new coffee shop with a New Orleans flavor is coming to East Texas.

PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans has filed a building permit with the city of Tyler to start business at 6555 Old Jacksonville Highway Suite 160, which is in the Oak Hill subdivision near the intersection of Old Jacksonville Highway and Grande Blvd.

According to the city of Tyler permit website, the permit was issued on Dec. 28.
