Preparations for the 91st Texas Rose Festival are well underway. On Thursday night, officials and community members gathered at Willow Brook Country Club in Tyler to celebrate the Winter Gala and Tyler Rose Museum Benefit, where the 2024 Queen and her court were announced. The official dates and highly-anticipated festival theme were also revealed. 

The annual Winter Gala benefits the Tyler Rose Museum. This year’s benefit honored the Julietta Jarvis Foundation for its extraordinary contributions and service to the Tyler Rose Museum.
