TYLER — UT Health East Texas emergency rooms are off divert status again following a ransomware attack. 

“We are off divert and continue to treat patients in our emergency rooms, hospitals and clinics,” UT Health East Texas spokesperson Allison Pollan said.

This comes after the hospital was the target of a cyber attack that caused them to go into divert status on Thursday, Nov. 23, come off it on Monday morning and go back on it again Monday afternoon before coming off again Tuesday morning.
