The Smith County Commissioners Court will hold a special meeting at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, to canvas the November 7 constitutional election results.

Smith County had 155,333 registered voters for this election, and 23,152 total ballots were cast, Smith County Elections Administrator Michelle Allcon reported.
