Veteran Mortgage Solutions, founded earlier this year, offers mortgages and refinances for everyone but mostly focuses on its veteran community and the VA loan benefits that are offered for their service, according to Senior Loan Officer Scott Bryson.

A new veteran mortgage business is helping East Texas veterans make their dreams of owning a home come true.

Veteran Mortgage Solutions, founded earlier this year, offers mortgages and refinances for everyone but mostly focuses on its veteran community and the VA loan benefits that are offered for their service, according to Senior Loan Officer Scott Bryson.

Bryson, a member of the American Legion Post 12 in Tyler, said he saw a need for reliable service for veterans – from veterans.

“Being a veteran I saw a need for a good, honest and reliable service, where a lot of companies were using the word ‘veteran’ with no veteran ties or service and then charging really high fees and delivering poor customer service,” Bryson said.

Bryson was an equipment operator in a branch of the Navy known as the Seabees from 1993 to 1998 and said he is passionate about helping veterans find their dream home and lasting relationships.

“It’s extremely important to me to help other veterans achieve the dream of home ownership and the lifelong relationships we earn in the process,” he said. “We are an all military veteran organization with a one hundred percent veteran staff – our focus is on the East Texas veteran community.”

Veteran Mortgage Solutions also provides free, live VA benefit webinars twice a week.

“We offer this educational information to our veterans in addition to competitive rates, fee’s and outstanding customer service on all loans which helps build generational wealth,” Bryson said.

Bryson said its more important, now more than ever, to gain financial freedom.

“In today’s trying economic times, it hasn’t ever been more important to gain financial freedom for you and your family than it is now,” he said. “They are not making any more land and everybody deserves their piece.”

Bryson is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. but is flexible based on client’s needs.
