FRUITVALE — Services for Mr. Billy Wayne Smith, 91, of Fruitvale, are scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at Roundflat Pentecostal Church. Interment will be in Small Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Bartley Funeral Home. Billy Wayne Smith was born March 31, 1931 and passed away June 6, 2022.
